To convert a document into an online form,
Click New Form in the top-right corner of your forms listing page.
Select CONVERT PDF TO FORM to proceed.
Drag and drop a document or upload one. Supported formats are PDF, JPG, JPEG, and PNG.
Click Convert to Form to generate an online form from the document provided.
Validate the form preview, make changes using the Edit Fields option if needed, then click Create Form to finalize the online form.
In the form builder, you can modify, add, or delete fields, and change the theme to suit your requirements.
